Outcome-blind by default
Winning and non-winning teams are equally valuable. We never sort, badge or rank by prize result. The only mention is an optional “cohort lead” tag for alumni who host sessions.
Approach over identity
You find people by what they work on, not where they work. Institution names are never the way in.
Opt-in everywhere
Every sharing feature starts switched off unless you turn it on, and each one says exactly what becomes visible.
Evidence-friendly
Your profile is built from your application, and every field cites the section it came from, so you can check it.
How data is handled
- Contact details are never stored on profiles or shown to other teams.
- All sharing is opt-in and can be switched off at any time.
- Profiles are derived from applications, with the section cited for each field.
- Intro and reuse requests are relayed by the platform; the receiving team decides.
